As After Sales Manager (m/f/d) in our Sales Team you are a fundamental part of our growth strategy and responsible for maximising our recurring revenue. Through close contact with our existing customers, you actively promote customer loyalty.

Your tasks

As an After Sales Manager, you are responsible for processing individual orders. You make sure that the customer receives the ordered goods on time.
Continuous improvement of all sales-related processes
Communication with all areas within the company
You renew the contracts of your customers, prepare offers and negotiate prices.
You qualify your customers according to upselling potential, independently conduct product demos and continuously build business relationships
Product-specific advice for our customers
You recognise the challenges of your customers and communicate solutions
You are the first point of contact for your customers for questions regarding invoices and you remind them to pay unpaid invoices.
Calculation, preparation and control of offers in cooperation with our BackOffice
Independent sales talks with owners, managing directors and decision-makers at eye level
Evaluation of customer-specific requirements and internal forwarding to the responsible plant area

Your profile

Flexible
Knowledge in the area of after sales is desirable
Knowledge of hemp and CBD products is desirable
Independent, structured, reliable and self-reliant Way of working
High load capacity
Communication skills, sociability and discipline
Diligence, ambition, team spirit and the will to succeed
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Good MS Office skills
