As Internal Sales & Purchase Process Manager, you build up the internal sales & purchase processes and address the individual needs of the respective departments.
You are constantly on the lookout for potential improvements in the sales and purchase processes and implement them independently.
You take various measures to increase our sales performance and effectiveness, e.g. promote the introduction of new sales processes, initiatives, tools and training.
You develop new suppliers together with our team and are responsible for testing, qualification and evaluation
You analyse the sales results, optimise the reporting and increase the quality of the sales data.
Whether it's sales materials, references or other sales information: you are responsible for their complete creation and provision for the most diverse actions and campaigns.
Communication with all areas within the company to avoid material bottlenecks in development, production and sales
International and national personnel planning
Last but not least, you influence the selection process and the evaluation criteria of the client and new employees, support the contract negotiation and conclusion.
Knowledge in the field of purchasing & sales is mandatory
Knowledge of hemp and CBD products is desirable
