Organic hemp tea from controlled ecological cultivation. Refined with various herbs and plants.
Introduction
Hemp tea can be made purely from the leaves of the hemp plant or additionally from the flowers and stems of the female hemp plant. The hemp flowers can then be enjoyed pure as a tea but also in combination with various herbal or plant additives. Rose petals, hops, rosehip, or hibiscus are perfect for this and transform the tea into a unique taste and relaxation experience. Signature Products offers many different creations and combinations in this sense. For example, a hemp sleeping tea with chamomile and lavender, “Women Harmony” with anise and blackberry leaves, and a hemp energy tea with mate.
The hemp leaves used are dried in the production process of the tea and possibly mixed with other ingredients. Its taste and smell are very aromatic, reminiscent of herbal teas and similar to the smell of straw. As with other teas, the taste of the tea intensifies with the length of the brewing time.
Usage
Due to the maximum legal THC content of 0.2% in commercial hemp in Germany, hemp tea does not have a psychoactive effect and does not make you high.
Hemp tea tastes best when 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture are poured over 150 ml of boiling water. Then let it steep for about 5-8 minutes and the tea can be enjoyed lukewarm. The length of the infusion time can influence the effect of the tea. For example, the tea has an invigorating effect when steeped for 5 minutes, while it has a more calming and relaxing effect after 15 minutes. This is why a hemp tea that has been steeped for a long time is an excellent preparation for a restful and regenerating night. If you want to spice up the taste of hemp tea a little, you can add some oat drink or another vegan milk alternative.
The effects can be expected to take effect about 30-90 minutes after drinking the tea. Drinking hemp tea can have the following effects: stimulation of digestion, a reduction of stress symptoms, and a brightening of the mood. In the case of digestive problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, hemp tea can help with cramps, constipation, and diarrhoea. Hemp tea can also be a great remedy for relieving pain thanks to its antispasmodic effects. Hemp tea, which can dilate the arteries, can also be tried and used as a natural blood pressure reducer. In addition, the tea is often drunk during diets, as it can curb appetite and have a purifying effect.
